A BIT ABOUT THERAPY
Influenced by Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, I believe that everyone has the power to "re-write" their life story. We cannot change our past, but we certainly can change how our future unfolds. My goal is to help those in need to find practical ways to separate themselves from the negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that don't serve them well.
